Mathematics is a means of civilization. It is an all-round science and indispensable for everyday life besides science and technologies. There are not any fields that do not benefit from maths. In addition to a basis means of technology and technique, other sciences like medicine, social sciences, etc. have to be based on maths. Briefly, maths is the biggest common value that human being has created. Therefore teaching math has a special importance and priority. However, teachers and instructors face with some problems while teaching maths. It’s on account of maths’ abstractness.

There are some things that one needs to know almost automatically and that need to be a part of your memory, but those things can be learnt with practice that shouldn't be too tedious. We aim that beneficiary of our project will find an opportunity for practice for maths.  Practice is important to help you do math more automatically and therefore to recognize possible solutions more quickly. It is not all that difficult if you develop a good foundation, which requires both understanding and sufficient practice to keep your understanding sharp.

Virtual Mathematics Laboratory will be  the best way of  understanding maths best, for it will be able to provide beneficiary with concrete articles. By this means it will also help people from other professions. Engineers are most concerned people with maths so they are who will benefit from virtual mathematics laboratory most. However; Everybody have difficulty in understanding absract points from young learners to adults . Because there are lots of formulas and rules that frightens learners. We hope that virtual mathematics laboratory will terminate these problems. With our final work, virtual mathematics laboratory, we would like to have learners enjoy maths and understand better. Our other goals in this project are;

  • to promote e-learning in Mathematics
  • to provide solutions for different target groups and help for teachers and trainers
  • to enhance skills in using the most advanced educational tools and environments
  • to help in development and authorship of electronic learning materials
  • to provide consultancy on how to use existing materials
  • to offer a consultancy service in mathematics (either electronically or personally),
  • to contribute to increase of the overall level of mathematical knowledge
  • to enhance competence in mathematics within the indicated target groups, teachers, trainers, scientists and researches.
  • to prepare e-book, teachers' guide and website.
